- After 73 hours, services are considered non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Return/Refund
- Refunds are only granted for services that have not been completed or delivered.
- Services that are already rendered, processed, or submitted to government agencies (e.g., USCIS, IRS, etc.) are non-refundable.
- Digital documents and consultations are non-refundable once delivered.
3. Acceptable Reasons for Refund
- Wrong service purchased
- Duplicate payment
- Services not initiated within the promised timeframe
- Technical issues on our end
